The North American headquarters for one of the world’s foremost sustainable cosmetics companies occupies a reconditioned warehouse building on the banks of the Hudson River. Large south-facing windows and skylights bring daylight and river breezes deep into the space that is designed to showcase sustainable design practices. A licensed pharmacy is included within the office, as is a testing and sample area. Specially selected seasonal plants provide health-promoting aromas all year-round.
