The national headquarters for a young and growing media company occupies 200,000 sf of the historic Starrett Lehigh building on Manhattan’s far west side. The open floor plan reinforces the company’s commitment to a “democratic” workplace, while spatial definition and privacy are achieved through rooms made of glass, steel, and translucent resin panels that punctuate the space.
