The New York headquarters for an international advertising company occupies the top floor of a midtown building. Windows and views are kept open by concentrating private offices and meeting rooms in the center of the space. Innovative material assemblies including walls made out of ice cube trays, air conditioning louvers, rubber mats, and air filters are featured in the space.
