This loft occupies a full floor in a former lower Manhattan printing house. The gallery-like spaces are large and open, with reinforced walls and ceilings for installing art. Surfaces and lighting are clean and minimal, promoting a calm interior by reducing visual clutter. Sliding display walls house specialty items around the main room, including audio-visual equipment and a mirrored bar.
